By accessing or using LetterPerfect at getletterperfect.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Villara LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

LetterPerfect is an AI-powered writing tool that assists users in drafting advocacy letters for personal disputes. The Service generates letter templates based on information you provide. LetterPerfect:

  • Is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice
  • Does NOT create an attorney-client relationship
  • Does NOT guarantee any outcome from letters generated
  • Does NOT provide legal representation of any kind
  • Is a writing assistance tool only

3. Not Legal Advice

The content generated by LetterPerfect, including all letters, legal citations, and information provided through the Service, is for informational and advocacy purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Service.

Legal citations and references to statutes provided in generated letters are for general informational purposes. Laws change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. You should consult a licensed attorney to verify the accuracy and applicability of any legal information to your specific situation before taking action.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
  • Use letters generated by the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
  • Not use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading communications
  • Review all generated content for accuracy before use
  • Be solely responsible for any action taken based on letters generated

5. Payment and Refunds

The Service offers pay-per-letter ($4.99), monthly subscription ($9.00/month), and bundle options. All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a generated letter, contact us at support@getletterperfect.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription plans auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

Letters generated through the Service based on your input are owned by you. You grant Villara LLC a limited license to use anonymized, aggregate data from generated letters to improve the Service.

The LetterPerfect brand, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by Villara LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VILLARA LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED LETTERS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR APPLICABILITY OF ANY LEGAL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VILLARA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY OUTCOME OR RESULT FROM SENDING A LETTER GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
